Serving the Community

Felicity has been part of Cameron Park for many years.  She is an elected board member on the Cameron Park Community Services District.

  • Director on the Cameron Park Community Services District.
  • Member of El Dorado County Community and Economic Development Advisory Committee (CEDAC)
  • Past president of Association of Government Accountants Sacramento chapter (AGA)

    • With a master’s degree from UCLA in Regional Planning, and work for Public Finance in Infrastructure and Housing, I am your best candidate for Board of Supervisor.
    • I am also a Certified Internal Auditor.

I serve on the Fire and Emergency Service Committee.  I bring leadership to help strategize and influence decision-making for funding in preparing our communities for the best outcome in safety, fire mitigation and emergency planning.

Our county residents are in crisis mode with the cancellation of fire insurance policies and the increases to their policies.  We need to continue to work with the Insurance Commissioner to keep premiums lower, if we take steps to harden our homes. We need an elected official who can work with other people, at all levels of government and across business, associations and more.

Continuing the practice of hosting frequent Town Halls across the County is a benefit of its residents, but for me too.  I understand people can’t always attend meetings during office hours in Placerville. I promise to be available when county residents need me and have an open-door policy for your concerns.

El Dorado County is my home.

In my day job, I work in public finance, coordinating funding sources from grants, loans, tax-exempt bonds and tax credits for public works projects. If elected, I will work full-time as a County Supervisor.

My husband Ron is descended from families who arrived on the Western Slope prior to the Gold Rush. One ancestor owned a store in Coloma, and Ron’s grandmother was born on the banks of Weber Creek.

Our son Ramsay is a first grader at the Valley View Charter Montessori School in El Dorado Hills.

I was raised in Princeton, New Jersey and have family in New Zealand and England.

I’ve served as president and in other capacities for non-profits such as, Sierra Moms and other professional organizations including the Association of Government Accountants, Chamber of Commerce, and the Institute of Internal Auditors

Boardsmanship is no stranger to me.  I have served on many boards at the national and local level.  I was raised by parents, who believe that community service is an important value for a healthy society.
